These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your registration, access, and use of the sena4d platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on sena4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. All defined terms appear in title case when used in their defined sense.

Access to and use of the sena4d Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. sena4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to sena4d's reasonable satisfaction.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on sena4d. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
To become a Member, you must complete the sena4d registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your email address, your Indonesian mobile phone number, and the name of your primary payment method (e.g., BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA).
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. sena4d is not liable for delays, failed transactions, or withheld withdrawals that result from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
sena4d conducts KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of your registered address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement); and proof of ownership of the payment method you use for deposits. sena4d may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in sena4d's request may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sena4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify sena4d's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. sena4d accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to protect their login credentials.
sena4d recommends using a unique, strong password containing a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. Enable two-factor authentication if offered in your account security settings.
sena4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. sena4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant Accounts once the Balance is sufficient to cover such a fee. Members will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. If the Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Members may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting sena4d support.
sena4d offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds issued by sena4d carry a wagering requirement, which is the total value of Wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion page (for example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires Rp 1.000.000 in total Wagers before the bonus converts). Wagers placed on certain games or markets may contribute at reduced percentages — or not at all — toward wagering requirements; this is specified per promotion.
sena4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting Wagers to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, and exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account termination.
Bonus Funds and free-spin awards expire if their associated wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without compensation. The standard validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of bonus issuance unless otherwise stated.
sena4d reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being credited, sena4d reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim the incorrectly issued amount.
All sports Wagers are governed by the specific sport rules published on the sena4d Sportsbook page. Key general principles include: bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; live in-play odds are subject to change or suspension without notice; sena4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event that has already commenced where the Member had access to information about the event outcome that was not publicly available ("late betting"); and mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner — standard accumulator rules apply to voided legs.

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game outcomes caused by a technical malfunction, sena4d reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Members' Accounts. "Manifest error" means an obvious mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as such. sena4d will communicate the nature of the error to affected Members within a reasonable timeframe.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sena4d Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the sena4d Platform — including but not limited to the sena4d brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sena4d or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants Members any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any sena4d intellectual property without prior written consent.

sena4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that all gambling and wagering activities involve financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. sena4d does not guarantee any outcome of any Wager. Winnings are subject to the rules governing the specific game or market, and no claim may be made against sena4d for an unfavourable Wager result that arose from a correctly functioning game or market.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sena4d holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
sena4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
